On Friday I finally caught my first Sharon Jones performance. And when I tell you that I didn't want it to end... I would have done anything to hear her come out and play just one more song. It was that good.
It puzzles me why this former Rikers Security Guard (yup you read that right) is not more famous than this. She is easily the hardest working/dancing woman in show business right now. Bar none. Thats right. NONE.
