On Saturday afternoon I watched a documentary that feels like it was almost perfectly crafted for me. It was amazing! It was called "The Last Play at Shea" and it was about the last concert that Billy Joel put on at Shea Stadium and the history that both he, baseball and music has shared with that magical venue. It talked all about the Beatles, about the early days of baseball at Shea, the good times the bad, and was all set to the background of Billy's last performance there. It was magical.
Its going to be playing on Showtime a lot. And if you are a fan of music (especially of Billy's) and love sports its one for you. Check out the trailer below. I get chills even watching that...
