Dear Ticketmaster

Why don't you everyones lives easier and just get out of the whole ticket selling business. You are pretty terrible at it and well it sends me into an anxiety attack every time I have to use your services. 

Like this morning. I had 2 tickets reserved for my friend Christian so he could go to the Jones Beach show during the 4th of July. Instead of making this transaction easy you put me on a 45 minute adventure of error messages, customer service responses, twitter rants until finally I had an answer. 

There must be an easier way to do this.
