Okay this is pretty amazing and sure to get me some bonus points with my little brother. Check it out.During the week of March 14th-19th Dart Music International staged the DMI House in Austin TX. This week long music festival was free to the public and featured an impressive, eclectic and groundbreaking lineup of music from around the world. Some of the events highlights included staging 6 bands from 6 continents back to back, 3 days in a row, something that simply has never been done before. The event also featured Iranian and Isreali musicians performing together.
The event also made history for another reason. It featured the first musical performance from outer space. The video was made specifically for the DMI House by astronaut Cady Coldman from aboard the International Space Station.
Pretty amazing stuff.
