I can not explain this song better than the band did during one of their interviews:
"The song is about a couple who have been together for a long time. One of them then develops Alzheimer. The lyrics "When you don't know, I will". In essence its a love story, but not in the traditional sense."
I think its a beautiful song and am glad that this band is still making good music.
