Well they have been through this before...
The Nashville duo that make up The Black Keys are suing another company "Pinnacle Entertainment" for copyright infringement. It looks like the casino is using a song that is eerily similar to their hit "Howlin' For You".
This is not the first time The Black Keys have had to battle a corporate company. They recently settled lawsuits against Pizza Hut and Home Depot for the same thing.
I can not say I blame them one bit. Pay the men if you want to use their music!
