Another great thing about Saturday Night Live this weekend was the return of Lazy Sunday, this time properly titled... Lazy Sunday 2. We find the boys pretty much where they left off a few years back. If you actually think about it, the original Lazy Sunday is the reason why youtube really took off. I remember it was the first video link to the site that I ever received. Yes I'm sure it could have easily been a cat bowling but it wasn't, it was a smart cool digital short. Now imagine your life without youtube. Crazy right.
Anyways back to the video, this time they are off to see Sister Act on Broadway and well just like the first one they knock it out of the park. Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell are hilarious. Its rumored that this was also Andy's last show although nothing has been announced. If it is, its fitting that he book ended his SNL career with a Digital Short another thing like Wiig that helped keep this show running the last few years.
