Here are some of my favorite covers of Bob Dylans - "Forever Young". One of the greatest lyrically written songs ever made. That man has a way with his words.

First is the great Joan Baez who in my opinion can really do no wrong.

The second is one you may not expect. Its from Jay-Z. Yes I know. But he changed the song up just enough to pay it tribute but not to copy it directly. I have to admit that I do enjoy. That and the music video he created is pretty great.
