Season 2 for me was the best season. Season 1 blew my mind away, and the second season was a time for me to be able to actually start to realize that this show was going to change the way that I looked at tv and especially the writing and cinematography that goes into making the show of this magnitude.
This was very clear to me when season two started with this scene. Its as close to perfect as television can get. (Especially since there is literally not one line of dialog, yet its still perfection)
